Hello, everyone, and thanks for visiting! This home page will mainly be about me, and all the things I love, including reading, watching an obscene amount of television, surfing the web, listening to music, and watching old, old movies. I'll start off with the reading part; here is the definitive list on wonderful, amazing books . . . I've read them all, and I guarantee you will adore them.
1. A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, by Betty Smith.
2. The English Patient, by Michael Ondaajte.
3. Under the Tuscan Sun, by Frances Mayes.
4. The Talisman, by Steven King and Peter Straub.
5. Old Songs in a New Cafe, by Robert James Waller.
6. The Tin Drum, by Gunther Grass.

Second only to books is television. Here is a list of what are, in my opinion, the best shows on television, in no particular order:
1. Seinfeld
2. The Daily Show
3. Talk Soup
4. Win Ben Stein's Money (I love you, Jimmy Kimmel!)
5. Dr. Katz
6. The Real World (I know, I know, but it is entertaining)
7. The Cosby Show (Still a classic)
8. I Love Lucy (ditto!)
9. Ally McBeal (I've been hooked from the very first episode, it's an amazing show)
10. Politically Incorrect with Bill Mayer
And the best commercials? There are three I love:
1. The Sealy Posturpedic
2. The Milk/ Dairy Cow Date
3. The Snickers with George Murisan
And the best movies that you have to see at some point in your life:
1. Casablanca
2. the Lady from Shanghai
3. Funny Girl
4. Evita
5. Gaslight

First, I should tell you I love old, old music. That said, here are the best artists and some of their greatest albums:
1. The Beatles; all the albums, especially Abbey Road and Revolver
2. Bob Dylan; Blonde on Blonde, Highway 61 Revisited, The Times They Are a' Changin'
3. Frank Sinatra; all of them =)
4. Billie Holliday; same as above
5. Ella Fitzgerald; The Cole Porter Songbooks
6. Louis Armstrong; One with "What a Wonderful World" on it
7. The Wallflowers; Bringing Down the horse
8. Semisonic (the newest one)
9. Janis Jplin; Pearl
Those nine are my very favorite, and I promise you will be extremely satisfied if you buy some of these CD's!!
